Most in-stock items are processed within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces shipped via White Glove Delivery typically arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your location and carrier scheduling.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unassembled condition and in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, note it on the BOL (Bill of Lading) before the driver leaves and contact our support team within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
Do you provide fabric swatches for upholstered items?
